Project Beaver, a proposal involving manufacturing and user infrastructure for long-haul hydrogen trucks in Canada, has emerged as Korea's secret weapon to woo the Canadian government ahead of its announcement of a winning bidder for its submarine contract later this month. The project will be the latest addition to a bundle of economic benefits for Canada as part of the bid proposed by Hanwha Ocean, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and the Korean government. If the Canadian government approves the project, worth roughly 60 trillion won ($43.5 billion), the North American country will be able to build a nationwide hydrogen truck ecosystem starting as early as 2030. During his visit to Canada last week to facilitate bilateral economic ties, Korea's presidential chief of staff Kang Hoon-sik proposed the project to the Canadian government. He mentioned the project in partnership with Hyundai Motor Group during an interview on Wednesday with CTV, a local broadcaster in Canada. The project,

arXiv:2606.05222v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has been applied across educational contexts to support learning. One approach to such support is "human-AI collaboration" (also termed "hybrid intelligence"), where human(s) and AI components interact to promote human learning. However, as in human-to-human computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL), unstructured interaction does not necessarily produce an effective learning experience. This paper reports a systematic literature review of empirical studies (N=62) on human-AI collaboration and hybrid intelligence for learning support. The review characterizes collaboration processes, their structures, and contexts of application. It also extracts emerging design knowledge and research gaps. Researchers and technology designers can use these findings as a starting point for structuring more effective AI-enhanced technologies for collaboration, in educational practice and future research.

arXiv:2606.02848v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Accurate insights into electric vehicle (EV) driver behavior are essential for long-term infrastructure planning, grid management, and understanding downstream economic impacts, yet individual level data on EV mobility remains limited. Here, we develop a scalable framework to infer EV ownership and charging behavior from passively collected, high-resolution mobility traces covering over 760,000 drivers across four major U.S. metropolitan areas. We identify likely EV drivers based on distinctive visitation patterns to charging stations and gas stations, frequency of visits, and daily travel behavior, and calibrate cohort size using aggregate EV registration statistics. The resulting EV cohort closely matches official registration data at the zip code level and exhibits charging patterns consistent with independent, charger level benchmark datasets, providing external validation of the inferred population. Leveraging this inferred cohort,
arXiv:2606.03971v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Causal video generators must predict from the past, but they need not learn only from it. In streaming autoregressive video diffusion, each emitted segment becomes a commitment that future segments must preserve. Standard training, however, only asks each causal state to explain the present. This creates what we call a representation-level planning gap: states that fit the current segment may discard identity, layout, and motion information needed for a consistent future. We introduce Video-Mirai, a training-only method that closes this gap without changing causal inference: the generator rolls out causally, a frozen foresight encoder reads the completed rollout non-causally, and a lightweight predictor distills the resulting stopped-gradient targets into causal states. Future frames supervise representations, never generator inputs. At inference, the encoder and predictor are discarded, leaving the original architecture, per-step FLOPs,

arXiv:2606.01208v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Cyber threat intelligence (CTI) reports now serve as essential resources for capturing adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures observed in modern attack campaigns. While traditional CTI platforms reduce this intelligence to isolated indicators through fixed schemas such as STIX, ontology-based representations preserve the semantic relationships needed for structured threat analysis. However, existing approaches for ontology-aligned CTI extraction face three challenges: (i) schema-specific pipelines that require manual reconfiguration whenever the schema changes, (ii) prompt-based schema inclusion that fails to scale on large ontologies such as UCO, and (iii) reliance on enterprise LLM APIs that conflicts with privacy constraints when integrating sensitive internal incident data. In this paper, we present ANCHOR, a schema-agnostic CTI knowledge graph construction system that bridges LLMs and formal ontology schemas. At the core of
